Operating Hours

Official regular hours of daily operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday to Friday. Working hours during the holy month of Ramadan will be posted on the SACB website after they are determined by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ottawa. The Bureau is closed during Canadian Federal holidays and official Saudi holidays. The official Saudi holidays are determined by the Hijrah, or lunar calendar, which differs year to year from the Gregorian system.
