Within the various programs and activities of Social and Cultural Affairs department, the importance of the program of representatives of Saudi doctors in the Canadian educational institutions to which they are affiliated, and their voluntary role, which includes representing their fellow Saudi doctors to the Office of Postgraduate Medical Education at the university to which they are enrolled, in accordance with the tasks established in the announced regulations and systems.

The role assigned to them is to be a source for the Saudi Bureau regarding the training of doctors in universities and medical institutions that serve the realization of the objectives of the scholarship, and to guide their fellow Saudi doctors in academic and social matters and advise them as much as possible in coordination with the president of the Saudi Club in the city.
